With Furiosa set to rock the roads this year, George Miller has made it clear that he doesn’t want this to be the end. He explained that there are plans for the future of Max.
“As we get towards the end of this movie, in terms of chronology… Basically, we had to see that Mad Max was lurking around somewhere because we do know what happened. The writers know what happened to Mad Max in that year before, and we have a whole story for that, which I would like to do sometime if I get the chance.”
Will it be a viable investment?
Mad Max has always had a cult-like fanbase, and investing in something like this will definitely benefit the studio. Especially as the fanbase is growing, Mad Max should expand, and there will definitely be more films from the franchise.
