Nevertheless, the people of Deerfield, the town at the heart of Apple TV+’s hit series ‘The Big Door Prize’ have a mysterious, validating, magical machine doing just that. Predicting and telling them their destinies. And now, its new season 2 is all set to return on Apple TV+ on April 24 with three episodes. It will then release a new episode every week through June 12.
The townspeople trust the machine, Morpho, to the extent of changing their lives and careers upon its recommendation. And why shouldn’t they? The machine is always correct. Written by the Emmy-winning writer from Schitt’s Creek David West Read, the show is all set to question the realities of the people in the town as they know it.
