The movie tells the story of Niharika, played by Rituparna Sengupta, who is a housewife and not very happy with her life. She feels a dire need to express her feelings and thinks of a unique way to do it. Niharika conducts a play for the local prison inmates and invites the inmates to perform too. But those who join her have different motives and it does not go the same way as planned.
The movie came out in 2012 and has Rituparna, Nigel Akkara. Shiboprosad in leading roles. There are also actors like Debshankar Haldar and Bratya Basu in other important roles. The story and screenplay are written by Nandita Roy and the direction is handled by herself and Shiboprosad.
