MX Player, which is churning out one series after other, is keeping up with its pace and is getting ready with a new show. The streaming platform unveiled the title logo and theme of the original series.
Raktanchal is the new outing from MX Player. It is set in Uttar Pradesh in the backdrop of politics and mafia. Additionally, it is a period drama as the story takes place in the 1980s. The motion poster released by the platform suggests a bloody tale in the offering. The voice-over makes it amply clear.
Not much else is known about Raktanchal, so far. Soundarya Sharma heads the series. She plays the lead role, which is said to be very powerful. It will be a far cry from what the actress did in Ranchi Dairies. The difference in characters is what makes the actor’s job exciting.
