MX Player has dropped the teaser of its upcoming original web series ‘Dharavi Bank’ and from the look of it, its a cop vs gang lord drama. Helmed by Samit Kakkad (‘Indori Ishq’), ‘Dharavi Bank’ will premiere soon on MX Player.
‘Dharavi Bank’ teaser takes the viewers through Mumbai’s Dharavi and tells how it’s not just an underworld nexus but an industry in itself. The teaser also introduces the lead actors of the series.
Suniel Shetty as Thalaiva is dressed in a white shirt and veshti with a white stole on his shoulder. He can be seen addressing a group of enthusiastic followers with a wave and namaste.
While Shetty is the gang lord, Vivek Oberoi plays the role of ACP Jayant Gavaskar in MX Player’s ‘Dharavi Bank’. Whether dressed in uniform or casual Oberoi has an intense look throughout and is seen doing a lot action in the teaser.
Touted to be a realistic crime thriller drama ‘Dharavi Bank’ on MX Player is written by Sarthak Das Gupta and other than Suniel Shetty and Vivek Oberoi key cast members include Sonali Kulkarni, Freddy Daruwala, Luke Lenny, Shanthi Priya, Santosh Juvekar, Nagesh Bhosle, Siddharth Menon, Hitesh Bhojraj, Rohit Pathak, Jayant Wadkar, Chinmay Mandlekar, Bhavvana Rao and Samit Kakkad among others.
Zee Studios has bankrolled ‘Dharavi Bank’ for MX Player and will premiere soon on the platform.
