Naga Chaitanya’s most recent film ‘Thank You‘ released in theatres on 22nd July, 2022. Naga Chaitanya‘s performance in ‘Thank You’ came in for much appreciation upon release. However, despite a great-looking lead cast, pleasing music and cinematography, ‘Thank You’ was a disaster at the box office.
Those who didn’t catch the film at the theatres, and are waiting to watch ‘Thank You’ on OTT, there’s good news for you. The film is arriving on streaming sooner than expected. As per our credible sources, ‘Thank You’ will begin streaming on OTT from August 12, barely three weeks after its theatrical release. The Naga Chaitanya starrer Thank You will stream on Prime Video from August 12, as part of the extended holiday weekend for Raksha Bandhan and Independence Day.
With Thank You also making its way to OTT merely three weeks after release, the woes of the Telugu film industry persist on unabated. It is the third big Telugu film in recent times to arrive on OTT even before the standard 4-week theatrical window is up. Acharya and Virata Parvam were the other two films that arrived early on streaming – after 3 weeks and 2 weeks, respectively.
‘Thank You’ is written by B. V. S. Ravi, directed by Vikram Kumar, and produced by Dil Raju and Sirish under Sri Venkateswara Creations. The film stars Naga Chaitanya, Raashii Khanna, Malavika Nair, Avika Gor, Sai Sushanth Reddy and Prakash Raj in pivotal roles.
