National Geographic’s “Your Lens”: Karan Johar Invites You To Unleash The Hidden Photographer In You!

If you’ve always been interested in the magical art of photography but didn’t have a befitting platform to showcase your talent, then this is just the right thing for you. Global behemoth National Geographic is bringing a brand new property for its fans in India, to celebrate the incredible art of photography. National Geographic has just announced the launch of its brand-new property titled “Your Lens”. The new initiative will allow budding photographers to share their best pictures and get featured across National Geographic platforms– television channel, social media and a specially curated website in India.

National Geographic has roped in well-known film director, Karan Johar as the brand ambassador of the novel offering. The main concept Your Lens is centred on is “What Moved You Today”. With this, the brand is inspiring fans to share their story of what moved them while capturing a picture through their cameras. Some captures have been known to uplift and nourish one’s soul while some images have the ability to just move you to tears and National Geographic is celebrating all these emotions and images through Your Lens.

The entries will be assessed by established National Geographic explorers, along with several renowned photographers in the country like Prasenjeet Yadav, Deepti Asthana and Poulomi Basu. They will select the images that will be showcased on the National Geographic television channel in India, its social media platforms which have a stupendous number of 10.8 M followers in India, and a visually stunning website – www.nationalgeographicyourlens.in – which has been particularly created and designed for Your Lens.
