Neil Nitin Mukesh Signs up for an Hour-Long Web Original

Actor, singer Neil Nitin Mukesh, whose digital debut has been anticipated for long now, is finally making headway into streaming platforms with an interesting film. To be aired on Zee5, the film will be directed by Prawaal Rawal. The story is apparently based on one of the biggest prison breaks that India has ever seen.

The actor had already confirmed his interest to be a part of the project when it wasn’t even a full-fledged script and only an idea. Neil Nitin Mukesh, expectedly, is excited to be a part of the one-hour original, which he finds it apt for a web-series debut.

Though the story was to be made into a feature film in the past, things didn’t pan out the way one expected it to. When Rawal had informed the actor about his interest to helm it for a web platform, there were no second thoughts at all. Neil has done well to make a mark with his action ventures over the years with films like Johnny Gaddar, Saaho, Kaththi and Wazir.
