Stacy Rukeyser’s Sex/Life is ready to return to Netflix with Season 2. The streaming service has dropped the official season 2 trailer. And it looks like Billie’s love life is about to get twistier than before after the arrival of Majid (played by Darius Homayoun).
Season 1 explored the messy love life of Bille (Sarah Shahi). Everything was going fine for the proud suburban wife and mother of two until she encountered Brad (Adam Demos) again. This caused her to reminisce about her wild past and journal all the passionate moments she experienced during that time. Her sexual frustration with her husband Cooper, apart from Brad’s return, forced her to think about what went wrong with her life. How did she become a stay-at-home wife and mother?

Billie’s efforts of rekindling her passionate romance with Brad offered her disastrous results, complicating her relationship with Cooper. At this point, it is safe to say that her love life is still a hot mess. And Majid’s arrival in her life may turn her world upside down.
Brad and Cooper are ready to move on. They are not going to wait for Billie and may even find their own love triangles in the upcoming season. Also, her best friend, Sasha, finds a new love interest. A voice at the end of the trailer says, “You have a choice you need to make.”
Despite the critical backlash, Season 1 was a huge streaming success for Netflix. And we can expect strong viewership figures from Sex/Life Season 2 as well. It will premiere on March 2. Stay tuned for more updates.
