‘Seinfeld’, the cult classic sitcom that aired from 1989-98, is finally coming to Netflix. While we thought we couldn’t be more excited, the latest trailer of the show released by Netflix just proved us wrong. Created by Jerry Seinfeld and Larry David, all 9 seasons consisting of 180 episodes of ‘Seinfeld’ will start streaming on Netflix from 1st October, 2021.
The trailer for ‘Seinfeld’ begins with Jerry Seinfeld moving in his new apartment where he meets his new neighbour Kramer and without realising the consequences and more so just for the sake of saying, casually tells him that everything he has is also for him.
What follows in the trailer is more of a character info wherein each lead role of the show is introduced and described by their unique characteristics. First is Jerry Seinfeld, a stand up comedian by profession; second, George Constanza, the coward; third Elaine Benes, the cynic; and lastly Kramer, the wild card. The rest of the trailer is a tiny glimpse of all the fun that will unfold during the show.
These four friends will all be coming to Netflix with their crazy stories and anecdotes as the global streaming giant premieres all 180 episodes of ‘Seinfeld’ this fall (1st October, to be more specific).
Created by Jerry Seinfeld and Larry David, Seinfeld’ stars Jerry Seinfeld, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Jason Alexander and Michael Richards in lead roles.
‘Seinfeld’ upon its release was described as ‘a show about nothing’ and later went on to become one of the longest running sitcoms ever. The show till date is regarded as one of the best sitcoms ever made and very rightly so. It was earlier available on Amazon Prime Video but has been removed now but is currently streaming on SonyLIV. Viewers will now be able to catch all episodes of ‘Seinfeld’ on Netflix too from 1st October, 2021 onwards.
