Analysis
So let’s talk about Khakee: The Bengal Chapter. Technically not a sequel but it is a sort of extension of Khakee: The Bengal Chapter. The series is not at all a bad series but it stands no chance in front of The Bihar Chapter. The storytelling is mediocre and there are a few things that you can appreciate. But it got a lot of attention. The views were simply extraordinary and perhaps that’s what matters at the end of the day.

Coming to original movies, we had Nadaaniyan. Easily this is one of the worst movies we have ever reviewed and there is practically nothing that you can like about this film. It is an utter atrocity on whoever attempts to watch it, and this movie should have never been made in the first place. We must say that Ibrahim Ali Khan had one of the worst debuts as a star kid. But some people still decided to watch it. But somehow, it still got more than decent views.

Coming to licensed films. No film worked a big time but Officer on Duty was at least a nice film. The movie was not just entertaining but stimulating which is a rare trend to find these days.

Anyway, Vidaamuyarchi and Thandel were big films from the South but didn’t meet with much love on Netflix. On the contrary, they were trolled.

The likes of Emergency, Azaad, and Dragon were not received with a lot of love as those movies were not very buzzy. Deva is getting heavily trolled but the views are just jaw-dropping. The film was the second most watched non-English film on Netflix and we believe the makers must be happy despite the trolling.

We don’t think Netflix India deserves more than 3.5 out of 10 in the month of March 2025.
