The digital space is heating up like never before. There are tons of films and series to watch on OTT, with Netflix easily leading the pack. To keep you from getting confused, we’ve collated the Top Ten films and series to watch on Netflix India in this week of 12th July.

TOP 10 MOVIES ON NETFLIX INDIA THIS WEEK
10. Warcraft
This 2016 fantasy drama is enjoying a resurgence in popularity, courtesy Netflix and its fickle subscribers. Based on the video game of the same name, it features an epic clash between the fictional Orcs and humans. It is an adrenaline-charged film with loads of action sequences for action enthusiasts.
9. Kungfu Panda 3
Another old film that is surprisingly trending on Netflix India since the past few weeks. It features the lovable panda Po caught in a tussle with the supernatural warrior named Kai. Po must train a bunch of pandas in the martial arts form of Qi to fight Kai.
8. The Water Man
It is a touching film on a young boy and his quest to find a mythical figure who possesses the secret to immortality. He hopes the man will be able to save his sick mother from dying.
7. Fear Street Part One 1994
Based on R. L. Stine’s horror novels for young adults. A series of brutal slayings by evil supernatural forces torment an obscure town and its inhabitants for centuries. Finally, a teen and her friends take on the evil force to save their town from obliteration. It is a classic slasher film, with loads of blood and gore.
6. Jagame Thandhiram
Wily Madurai gangster Suruli is recruited by a London mobster to finish off his rival gangster. Suruli is up to the task, but is taken unawares with the moral dilemmas that follow. Dhanush is on a roll in this Karthik Subbaraj directorial.
5. Sniper: Ghost Shooter
Sniper: Ghost Shooter is another average 2016 film that is trending on Netflix India for no reason. A team of snipers has to foil the attempts of a terrorist group planning to sabotage a gas pipeline. However, a ghost shooter, who has all possible information on the snipers, makes them his target.
4. Fear Street Part 2 1978
The second part of the Fear Street trilogy, it focuses on the cursed town of Shadyside, where a killer’s murder spree terrorizes Camp Nightwing and turns a summer of fun into a gruesome fight for survival.
3. How I Became A Superhero
This sci-fi meets crime drama is a bit like Project Power. A mysterious new drug gives superhero powers to mere mortals. When things begin to get out of hand, a cynical cop and a bright detective team up to fight the unknown menace.
2. Major Grom Plague Doctor
This Russian film has got good reviews from those who’ve watched it. A masked vigilante who calls himself the Plague Doctor goes on a killing spree to cleanse the city of scoundrels. As the city is thrown into chaos, a renegade detective and his rookie partner get into action mode to stop the rampaging killer.
This Taapsee Pannu – Vikrant Massey starrer has hit the top spot on Netflix India for the second week running. It’s an intriguing murder mystery with enough twists and turns to keep you in suspense till the last scene.

10. Nevertheless
A Korean romantic drama about the romance between a man who is annoyed with relationships but likes to flirt and a woman who wants to date but does not believe in love.
9. Lucifer S5 P2
Being the Lord of Hell may not be as exciting as he thought it would be. So Lucifer decides to come down and open up a nightclub in Los Angeles as he forms a connection with a homicide detective. In Season 5 Part 2, Lucifer has to lock horns with his own father, that is God!
8. Money Heist
With the announcement of the Season 5 release date, the hype could not be greater for this thrilling series. The Professor hires a team of exceptionally talented criminals to undertake one of the riskiest heists ever. This team of ragtag criminals will have to dig deep to come out safe and sound. The robbers will have to fight obstacles both external and internal if they are to get what they came for.
7. How To Become A Tryrant
How to Become a Tyrant is an intriguing docuseries on Netflix. It tells the story of how tyrants rose to power in history. Each of the six episodes of the docuseries casts a spotlight on one brutal dictator of the 20th century. Hitler, Stalin, Hussein, Muammar Gaddafi, Idi Amin and North Korea’s Kim dynasty are the ones featured in season 1 of the series that is narrated by Peter Dinklage.
6. Atypical S4
Netflix Original series Atypical is the heartwarming story of autistic teenager Sam Gardner and his journey through high school and college, as he navigates the complicated social situations he’s presented with at school and home.
5. Friends
The sitcom has been ruling our hearts for decades now and is almost omnipresent in the list of Netflix India’s Top 10. Friends is the story of a close group of friends who come together almost every day and share their problems and happiness. The six friends stay true to their tagline – I’ll be there for you!
4. Too Hot To Handle S2
Netflix’s hit dating reality show is back with its second season. New contestants vie for each other’s attention, but with a catch. They may flirt as much as they like, but they must not consummate their growing relationship with the man or woman who’s caught their fancy.
3. Virgin River S3
The new season of the much-loved drama is getting good reviews from critics and audiences. The story follows nurse Melinda, who moves to the remote Northern California town of Virgin River to make a fresh start after a painful past. But she soon discovers that small-town living isn’t quite as simple as she expected. She must learn to heal herself before she can truly make Virgin River her home.
2. Ray
An anthology of four films adapted from Satyajit Ray’s vast collection of short stories, each directed by a skilled director and featuring a stellar cast.

It is an erotic drama about a woman whose daring sexual past collides with her married-with-kids present when the bad-boy ex she can’t stop fantasizing about crashes back into her life.
