It is always debatable whether these social media celebrities or influencers are often worthy of being called a celebrity. On one hand, we have film and cricket celebrities whose fans are ready to do anything and everything for their stars.
On the other, there are these social media influencers who advertise make-up products in their reels and call themselves celebrities. The fact remains, their hold outside Instagram is just too feeble. They are as ordinary and unknown as anyone else in this big world.
The next reality show on Netflix India is about exactly the same thing. It is about 8 social media influencers, who are put to the test in the real world without their smartphones, handles, and online followers.
It is an interesting premise but it all depends on how the show is executed and marketed. The series has set a release date which is June 22.
Don’t worry as Netflix didn’t announce it on their social media handle. But you can see the release date in the Netflix app along with a clip from the show.
We hope this show doesn’t turn out to be a fiasco like their previous reality show called IRL: In Real Love.
