This anthology boasts of some power-packed performers such as Nushrratt Bharuccha, Aditi Rao Hydari, Fatima Sana Shaikh, Shefali Shah, Konkona Sen Sharma, Jaideep Ahlawat, and Abhishek Banerjee playing pivotal roles in it.
The teaser has managed to peak the interests of the viewers as we see Konkona Sen Sharma in a fiery mode, Shefali Shah and Jaideep Ahlawat share an indifferent relationship, and Fatima Sana Shaikh playing a not so shy bride.
The project is being backed by Karan Johar and we are excited to see the kind of content that these filmmakers can give us. Every story in this anthology looks to give us a closer look into the various moral dilemmas that people have to go through when they are in a relationship. The lines between what’s right and what is wrong can sometimes get blurred.
The tales in Ajeeb Daastaans are set in the background of jealousy, entitlement, prejudices, and a whole lot of toxicity. It aims to shed light on the various fallacies that exist in complex relationships and how they can take an adverse toll on our health and lives.
