Netflix’s Bridgerton Showrunner Teases Season 4’s Release Window

Bridgerton Season 4’s release window has been teased by showrunner Jess Brownell. Part 2 of Season 3 is out now on Netflix. Part 1 performed extremely well on the streaming service in terms of viewership, earning over 45 million individual views with more than 165 million hours of viewing in its opening weekend, and later topped the streamer’s Global Top 10 (Shows) chart.

In his recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Brownwell disclosed that Bridgerton Season 4 might arrive on Netflix in 2026, as his team is on a “two-year pace” to drop the next season. This is what he said:

“We are working to try and put the seasons out more quickly, but they do take eight months to film and then they have to be edited, and then they have to be dubbed into every language. And the writing takes a very long time as well, so we’re kind of on a two-year pace, we’re trying to speed up but somewhere in that range.”

The series debuted in December 2020 and was followed by a second season in March 2022. With Part 2 of Season 3 now available on Netflix, considering the show’s release pattern, Season 4 might arrive sometime in the first half of 2026. However, it’s important to note that this is just an estimation, and an official release date hasn’t been announced yet.

However, Brownwell has admitted to speeding up the filming process in his recent interview. It means we should not ignore the odds of getting the fourth season in late 2025. Let’s see what happens. However, Season 3’s tremendous streaming success on Netflix could also push them to release Season 4 sooner. Stay tuned for more updates!
