Netflix’s Drops Riveting Trailer For Mystery Thriller ’The Frog’

Netflix has dropped the trailer for its upcoming original Korean series ’The Frog’ and its a tightly wound thriller story that will keep audiences riveted to the end. Helmed by Mo Wan-il, ‘The Frog’ will launch globally only on Netflix on 23rd August, 2024.

The trailer begins with Sang-jun (Yoon Kye-sang) and Young-ha (Kim Yun-seok) going about their daily routine of cleaning and managing their motel and vacation rental properties.

However, their peace is abruptly interrupted when unexpected guests arrive, bringing mystery and chaos. As the tension mounts, Seong-a (Ko Min-si) issues threats without so much as batting an eyelash, while police chief Bo-min (Lee Jung-eun) zeroes in on the unfolding cases.

K-pop fans can catch a glimpse of EXO’s Chanyeol, who appears with a sniper rifle in hand and a smile on his face. There’s also Noh Yoon-seo (‘Crash Course In Romance’, 20th Century Girl’).

Directed by Mo Wan-il (‘The World of The Married’), ‘The Frog’ promises to serve up a riveting story and nail-biting moments that will keep viewers on tenterhooks. Written by Son Ho-young, ‘The Frog’ stars seasoned actor Kim Yun-seok (‘Noryang: Deadly Sea’, ‘Escape from Mogadishu’), Ko Min-si (‘Sweet Home’),

Yoon Kye-sang (‘The Outlaws’) and Lee Jung-eun (‘Miss Night and Day’, ‘Daily Dose of Sunshine’).

Produced by SLL and Studio Flow for Netflix, ‘The Frog’ will premiere globally exclusively on the global streaming giant on 23rd August, 2024.
