Gear up for Mismatched Season 2, as it arrives on Netflix on October 14. The new season of Mismatched will take off from the massive cliffhanger at the end of Season 1. If the synopsis of Mismatched Season 2 is anything to go by, Netflix promises to deliver fireworks in the new season. Coding whiz Dimple has lost her app. Rishi, the hopeless romantic, has lost all faith in love. Fate brings this “Mismatched” couple face to face again, as Rishi is forced to step back into the mess he left behind. With their futures at stake, Dimple and Rishi must navigate the rough terrains of frayed friendships, new love interests, broken promises, academic stress and shocking rivalries.
For those who don’t know, Mismatched is adapted from Sandhya Menon’s New York Times bestselling novel from 2017, ‘When Dimple Met Rishi’. It is co-directed by Akarsh Khurana and Nipun Dharmadhikari. The series stars Prajakta Koli, Rohit Saraf, Rannvijay Singha and Vidya Malvade in primary roles, along with Suhasini Mulay, Nidhi Singh, Trishna Singh, Vaibhav Palhade, Vihaan Samat, Taaruk Raina, Devyani Shorey, among supporting roles.
