The trailer for Sector 36 features Inspector Ram Charan Pandey (Deepak Dobriyal), who, realizing that the lives of the missing children are in danger, embarks on a hunt for a serial killer (Vikrant Massey).
The ensuing high-stakes cat and mouse game makes for an exciting tale. Despite being told not to pursue the case, the inspector investigates, and as a result, the tension increases. Sector 36 appears to be a gripping thriller that will hold viewers’ attention with its emphasis on the ethical and psychological aspects of the investigation.
It is partially based on the 2006 Nithari Killings, a series of serial killings in Noida. With such a stellar cast, the movie has not been promoted highly by Netflix. The sole reason behind this can be the recent controversy created around the IC-814 series.
