Netflix has just revealed the release date of the highly anticipated Season 2 of Sex Education, its popular web show that first hit the web space in the January of 2019. So folks, here’s the info you all have been waiting for with bated breath – Season 2 of Sex Education will premiere on 17th January, 2020. How’s that for some exciting news!
Sex Education is Netflix’s marquee show that has garnered universal acclaim from both critics and audiences alike. It is a British teen comedy, starring Asa Butterfield as Otis Milburn, a sexually awkward teenager, with, ironically, a sex therapist for a mother (Gillian Anderson).
The first season follows the lives of Otis and his friends, all of whom deal with some or the other kind of sexual problems. It showcases Otis coming into his own as a sex therapist for his high school mates, specialising in setting their sex lives right.
Season 1 of Sex Education received highly positive reviews, with its premise being roundly appreciated by viewers and critics. The series was streamed by over 40 million viewers within its first month of release.
