The upcoming season 2 of ‘The Witcher’ on Netflix has added some new members to its cast. Production of the second season was earlier paused due to the pandemic and was resumed later last year.
Latest addition to the cast include Adjoa Andoh (‘Bridgerton‘) as Nenneke, Cassie Clare (‘Brave New World’) as Phillippa Eilhart, Liz Carr (‘Devs’) as Fenn, Graham McTavish (‘Outlander’, ‘The Hobbit’, ‘Lucifer’) as Dijkstra, Kevin Doyle as Ba’lian, Simon Callow (‘Four Weddings and a Funeral’) as Codringher and Chris Fulton (‘Outlaw King’) as Rience.
These new members join the previously announced new members of ‘The Witcher’ season 2 on Netflix. The previous batch of new cast members included Yasen Atour as Coen, Agnes Bjorn as Vereena, Paul Bullion as Lambert, Basil Eidenbenz as Eskel, Aisha Fabienne Ross as Lydia, Kristofer Hivju as Nivellen, and Mecia Simson as Francesca.
Actors returning from season 1 are MyAnna Buring as Tissaia, Tom Canton as Filavandrel, Lilly Cooper as Murta, Jeremy Crawford as Yarpin Zigrin, Eamon Farren as Cahir, Mahesh Jadu as Vilgefortz, Terence Maynard as Artorius, Lars Mikkelson as Stregobor, Mimi Ndiweni as Fringilla Vigo, Royce Pierrseson as Istredd, Wilson Mbomio as Dara, Anna Shaffer as Triss Merigold, Therica Wilson Read as Sabrina.
‘The Witcher’ season 2 will premiere on Netflix later this year, though there is no exact date set for its release as of yet.
