Netflix has begun the production of its upcoming feature film ‘We Have A Ghost’. Christopher Landon, known for films like ‘Freaky’, ‘Happy Death Day’ and more, is set to write and direct the family adventure film based on ‘Ernest’, a short story by Geoff Manaugh.
‘We Have A Ghost’ has an ensemble cast of Anthony Mackie (‘The Falcon and The Winter Soldier’, ‘Outside The Wire’), David Harbour (‘Black Widow’, ‘Stranger Things’), Jahi Di’Allo Winston (‘The Dead Don’t Die’, ‘Charm City Kings’), Tig Notaro (‘Army Of The Dead’) and Jennifer Coolidge (‘Legally Blonde’, A Cinderella Story’) among others.
The story of the film revolves around Kevin who discovers that his home is haunted by a ghost named Ernest. This friendly ghost turns him and his family into an overnight social media sensation. But that’s not it, when Kevin and Ernest team up to investigate the mystery of latter’s past they soon become CIA targets!
Rest of the cast for the film includes Erica Ash (‘Survivor’s Remorse’), Isabella Russo (‘Crashing’, ‘Lucy in the Sky’), Niles Fitch (‘This Is Us’, ‘The Fallout’), Faith Ford (‘Murphy Brown’, ‘Hope & Faith’) and Steve Coulter (‘The Conjuring, ‘Insidious’).

‘We Have A Ghost’ is produced by Dan Halsted in association with Temple Hill’s Marty Bowen and Isaac Klausner. Christopher Landon, John Fischer, Geoff Manaugh, Korey Budd and Nathan Miller will serve as executive producers for the film.
