Next Up For James Is A Heist Thriller With Taylor-Johnson!

English actor Theo James initially gained recognition for playing Tobias Eaton, the brooding lead in the ‘Divergent’ series film trilogy. Most recently, he received widespread acclaim for Guy Ritchie’s ‘The Gentleman’, a comedic crime action thriller. He also won the SAG Award and an Emmy nomination for his role in HBO’s comedy series ‘The White Lotus’.

Next up for James after a slew of successful projects, is a heist thriller titled ‘Fuze’, for which he’ll be starring alongside fellow English actor Aaron Taylor-Johnson. The project will be directed by David Mackenzie, the famed director of ‘Hell or High Water’ and ‘Outlaw King’.

The film will open with the discovery of an unexploded World War II bomb at a construction site, somewhere in London. This sparks a mass evacuation, aka the perfect cover for a spectacular heist!

Taylor-Johnson is renowned for his Marvel Cinematic Universe character Pietro Maximoff in ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’. He will be running with director Mackenzie, after having previously done Netflix’s ‘Outlaw King’ in 2018. His upcoming project lineup includes the titular role in Marvel’s ‘Kraven and the Hunter’ and Robert Eggers’ ‘Nosferatu’.

James, on the other hand, will next be seen in an adaptation of iconic horror novelist Stephen King’s ‘The Monkey’, also starring Tatiana Maslany and Elijah Wood.
