‘Fatal Affair’ actress Nia Long has joined the cast of Netflix’s upcoming romantic comedy ‘Plus/Minus’. Helmed by ‘Rafiki’ director Wanuri Kahiu, the film stars ‘Chemical Hearts’ star Lili Reinhart in the lead.
As per official synopsis, ‘Plus/Minus’ follows Natalie whose life diverges into two parallel realities on the eve of her college graduation. In one she becomes pregnant and must navigate motherhood as a young adult in her Texas hometown, in the other she moves to LA to pursue her career. In both journeys throughout her twenties, Natalie experiences life-changing love, devastating heartbreak and rediscovers herself.
Other than Lili Reinhart (‘Riverdale’, ‘Hustlers’), Nia Long will also be joining Danny Ramirez (‘The Falcon and The Winter Soldier’, ‘On My Block’), who will soon be seen in Tom Cruise starrer ‘Top Gun: Maverick’; David Corenswet (Ryan Murphy’ ‘The Politician’ and ‘Hollywood’, ‘House of Cards’); Luke Wilson (‘Legally Blonde’, ‘Idiocracy’), Aisha Dee (‘The Bold Type’) and Andrea Savage (‘Veep’, ‘I’m Sorry’).

The 50 year old star Long is known for her roles in films like ‘Boyz n the Hood’, ‘Love Jones’, ‘Soul Food’, ‘The Best Man’, ‘The Banker’, ‘Roxanne Roxanne’ and also television series like ‘The Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air’ and ‘Third Watch’.
April Prosser serves as the screenwriter for ‘Plus/Minis’ produced by Screen Arcade’s Bryan Unkeless and Eric Newman and CatchLight Studios’ Jessica Malanaphy. Reinhart, Alyssa Rodrigues for Screen Arcade and Jaenette Volturno are the executive producers for the film.
