On the occasion of his birthday today, motion poster for Nikhil Siddharth’s upcoming multilingual film ‘Karthikeya 2’ is here and its an intriguingly mysterious one. Helmed by Chandoo Mondeti, ‘Karthikeya 2’ will hit the theatres on 22nd July, 2022 in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam.
The motion poster begins with lightning and dark clouds where a feather can be seen and birds flying randomly in flocks. The video then descend down to a boat on the sea with lead stars of the movie standing on the deck. The poster also unveils that ‘Karthikeya 2’ will explore the hidden mysteries of Dwarka.

Directed and written by Chandoo Mondeti and starring Nikhil Siddharth and Anupama Parameswaran, ‘Karthikeya 2’ is a sequel to the 2014 Telugu language supernatural mystery thriller film ‘Karthikeya’ also helmed by Mondeti.
In ‘Karthikeya 2’, Nikhil Siddharth, in his pursuit of truth goes on to unravel the mysteries of undersea city of Dwarka and Lord Krishna. The film is produced by Abhishek Agarwal Arts and TG Vishwa Prasad under Abhishek Agarwal Arts and People Media Factory. Vivek Kuchibhotla serves as the co-producer of the film.
Kaala Bhairava has composed the music for ‘Karthikeya 2’ with cinematography by Karthik Ghattamaneni. ‘Karthikeya 2’ will release on 22nd July in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam.
