Netflix has dropped the trailer for its upcoming spy, adventure series ’The Recruit’ and Noah Centineo is here again to charm the viewers but this time in a different avatar. Coming from the creator of ‘The Rookie’ and the director of ‘The Bourne Identity’, all episodes of ‘The Recruit’ will start streaming only on Netflix from 16th December, 2022.
‘The Recruit’ trailer reveals how Owen Hendricks (Noah Centineo), who has just started his job as a CIA lawyer gets tossed into high-stakes intrigue when he discovers a threatening letter, known as “graymail,” from the snake-tattooed Max Meladze (Laura Haddock), a former agency asset.
And then begins his high octane action packed journey as Owen travels the world to untangle the truth as the pressure of high-ranking power players threatens his nascent career.
Noah Centineo has earlier wooed the audience in Netflix’s ‘To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before’ film franchise. To the contrary, he will be seen all suited up and involved in dangerous missions as a lawyer in ‘The Recruit’.
Created and developed by Alexi Harley, ‘The Recruit’ follows a fledging lawyer at the CIA who becomes enmeshed in dangerous international power politics when a former asset threatens to expose the nature of her long term relationship with the agency unless they exonerate her of a serious crime.
‘The Recruit’ stars Noah Centineo, Laura Haddock, Aarti Mann, Colton Dunn, Fivel Stewart, Daniel Quincy Annoh, Kristian Brunn and Vondie Curtis-Hall. ‘The Recruit’ will premiere exclusively on Netflix on 16th December, 2022.
