The upcoming action thriller ‘Quotation Gang’ is having its theatrical release tomorrow and it stars Sunny Leone and Jackie Shroff in important roles. But the movie is not being released in Hindi right now. The Tamil original version will be released only and no dates for the Hindi version have been announced. There are doubts how well that could do at the box office.
But it seems that the movie could do a lot better if it were to be released in Hindi and other languages as well and that too simultaneously. As the audiences from the Northern belt are actually quite fond of Tamil thrillers and there image multiple examples when the Tamil movies have done exceptionally well when they have been released in a dub. The A certficate wpuld also work in favour of the film. Sunny Leone and Jackie Shroff are well known faces of the Bollywood industry. After having starred in multiple raunchy thrillers, Sunny Leone is now focusing on different types of content. She has starred in the upcoming Anurag Kashyap thriller ‘Kennedy’ and is now coming with ‘Quotation Gang’ as the lead. Jackie Shroff too is a well admired and trusted actor when it comes to intense roles. Very recently he had a pretty important cameo role in Rajinikanth’s ‘Jailer’ and nailed it perfectly.
At this point or time, no movies are heavily occupying the theaters. And ‘Quotation Gang’ could have had a monopoly if it were to be released in Hindi. But it looks like the makers have missed a chance.
