One Piece Season 2: Netflix TUDUM Reveals Chopper & Release

The first look at Tony Tony Chopper has been revealed at Netflix’s TUDUM 2025 event. The beloved character is all set to make his live-action debut in One Piece Season 2. Plus, we now have a release window for the second season.

The main cast — including Iñaki Godoy (Monkey D. Luffy), Emily Rudd (Nami), Mackenyu (Roronoa Zoro), Jacob Romero Gibson (Usopp), and Taz Skylar (Sanji) — greeted fans at the recent TUDUM event. In addition, viewers were treated to the live-action version of Tony Tony Chopper, voiced by the talented Mikaela Hoover.

Netflix also dropped the first-look trailer for One Piece Season 2, featuring Chopper. The character not only introduces himself but also reveals the release window for the upcoming season.

Season 2 is set to premiere in 2026, though Netflix has yet to announce an exact release date.

Netflix had previously teased Chopper’s debut in One Piece Season 2 back in September 2024, offering a quick glimpse of his signature red hat and antlers. The live-action series, which premiered in August last year and became a global sensation, adapts Eiichiro Oda’s iconic manga that began in 1997. The show follows Monkey D. Luffy (Iñaki Godoy) on his quest to find the treasure known as the One Piece and become King of the Pirates. Stay tuned for more updates.
