After two fantastic seasons, fans of Amazon Prime Video’s ‘Panchayat’ are now waiting with bated breath for the release of ‘Panchayat Season-3’. But an official release date is yet to be officially announced by the streaming service. Previously, there were speculations that ‘Panchayat S3’ will be released on 15th January, but that didn’t happen.
And now, a segment of OTT audience is getting irritated and annoyed because Amazon Prime Video hasn’t revealed the release date for ‘Panchayat Season-3’. And the present situation might even affect the performance of other Prime Video shows. Here’s why we are saying so.
When the big-budget Prime Video series ‘Indian Police Force’ started streaming on the OTT platform last month, many fans and critics expressed their displeasure about how it didn’t meet the sky-high expectations considering Rohit Shetty’s name and a star-studded cast.
And now, Prime Video’s next show – the six-part docuseries ‘Love Storiyaan’ is set to premiere on 14th February. And some of the netizens have already given a mixed response even before the show’s arrival. Although lots of people are eagerly waiting for the show, however, some of them are apparently not interested in seeing any more love stories. Instead, some fans are asking for updates on ‘Panchayat Season-3’, ‘Mirzapur Season-3’, and ‘The Family Man Season-3’.
So, until Prime Video announces the release date of ‘Panchayat Season-3’, some of the skeptical OTT viewers might be watching Prime Video’s upcoming shows with an eagle eye. And in that case, the upcoming Prime Video shows might get a harsher response than they would probably deserve. Next in line is the crime drama series ‘Poacher’, which looks quite intriguing, and it will be out on 23rd February. But if it turns out to be an underwhelming experience or doesn’t meet the expectations, then it might be on the receiving end of some unhappy fans.
