Paramount Declares Release Dates For Naked Gun Remake, TMNT, And Paw Petrol Sequels

As they are currently dealing with the hype for Bob Marley’s “One Love,” Paramount decides to strike while the iron is hot. In the recent set of events, Paramount now discloses their plans for the future, especially for their sequels.

Now, Paramount’s strategy of making sequels is bound to work, especially when it comes to some major buzzy titles.

It was already in talks that the Naked Gun franchise is getting a long-awaited reboot, and now as Paramount announces a release date, the reboot is a major priority for the studios. The studio is planning to give it a release date of July 18, 2025.

The Naked Gun reboot will be directed and executive-produced by Akiva Schaffer. Teaming up with Dan Gregor and Doug Mand, Schaffer seeks to replicate their triumph with “Chip ‘N Dale: Rescue Rangers.” Seth MacFarlane and Erica Huggins of Fuzzy Door produce, ensuring an exhilarating revival.

And this won’t be their last sequel update as Paramount plans to continue their triumphant run with two successful franchises, starting with “Paw Patrol 3.” PP3 will be targeting a 2026 release, on June 31st, and “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” also targets a similar release date, October 9th, 2026.

Not much has been known about the storylines of any of these projects, but as production starts, we will soon have some major updates.
