After a two year gap popular Tamil star Ajith Kumar is back on the big screen with his action thriller ‘Vidaamayurachi’ and this time he has probably stunned the fans with something very different.
Ajith is a hero loved by the masses and is often seen donning roles where the directors have used his mass appeal by making him appear larger than life and invincible. But with ‘Vidaamayurachi’ filmmaker Magizh Thirumeni has experimented and presented him in a new not so massy avatar and to everyone’s delight it has worked.
In fact, this raw and real portrayal in ‘Vidaamayurchi’ has provided Ajith’s acting talent to shine through brilliantly, not that anybody needed any proof. But it’s always great to catch the real thing than just an aura building BGM and slow motion camera sequences.
Even performances by other cast members like Trisha, Arjun Sarja, Regina Cassandra and others has also received applaud.
It’s not just the star cast but moviegoers are also appreciative of the film itself. ‘Vidaamayurachi’ has been touted to be true to its genre. The narrative of the film might be slow but is a no nonsensical one with class element kept intact. Also, the film has been praised for its technically finesse.
