Popular Anime ‘Naruto’ To Get A Live-Action Adaptation On Lionsgate!

Great News for Naruto fans. The highly popular show will soon have a live-action adaptation. Lionsgate will be producing and streaming the show.

With the growing popularity of anime, Naruto has become a household name all around the globe. The live-action adaptation of ‘One Piece’ from Netflix gathered huge admiration from critics and audiences and also had some negative criticism. When a piece of art is adapted into some other medium, it is very much possible that there will be some discrepancies that some viewers might not like. But the acceptance of live-action versions of anime is increasing, and the number of good shows too are on a rise.

Naruto and Naruto: Shippuden have a total of 720 episodes in total and of course, it will not be adapted in the whole. A small portion of the Manga will be featured in the show, and after judging the audience reactions, more seasons will come. The Manga ‘Naruto’ was written by various authors like Katsuyuki Sumisawa, Junki Takegami, Satoru Nishizono, Yasuyuki Suzuki, Yasuaki Kurotsu and Masanao Akahoshi. The anime version was directed by Hayato Date and other directors like Masaaki Kumagai, Yasuaki Kurotsu, Osamu Kobayashi, Chiaki Kon.

The show tells the story of Naruto, an orphaned teenage ninja who tries to harness his powers and trains hard. He wants to be the Hokage and will have to prove his worth in the quest. He is helped by his friends and goes on various entertaining and dangerous adventures.
