Prabhas Back To Basics With The Raja Saab!

The career graph of Prabhas has seen only dips after Baahubali. Why? Perhaps he was too ambitious to capture the national market while damaging his domestic market and messing up the so-called Pan India films. Saaho, Radhe Shyam and Adipurush better not be talked about. Even the collection of Salaar is very very fishy. Regardless, looks like the star realized that and is back to the basics.

Prabhas is all set for his next venture, a horror film titled “The Raja Saab.” It is directed by Maruthi Dasari.

The announcement, made during the Pongal and Sankranti festivals today, revealed that “The Raja Saab” will be a multilingual release, reaching audiences in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi. Again, the same PAN India thing.

Interestingly, if you look closely at the poster then you don’t find the usual spelling of Prabhas. Instead, it has an extra s at the end, thus making it Prabhass. This is so weird and very much like the usual Bollywood tradition where actors have a non-sensical spelling of names.

Regardless, The Raja Saab is going to be a romantic horror film and the poster is also very much quintessential to the Telugu aesthetics.

Director Maruthi expressed enthusiasm about the project, labelling it as one of his most ambitious. He praised Prabhas’s electrifying screen presence, anticipating a grand horror experience for the audience. Let’s see how the film comes out to be.
