With every coming season, Invincible is getting bigger and better. The first season itself was an experience to remember, but the second season became a lot better. Fans are generally expecting gradual growth from the upcoming seasons as Prime Video drops the preview for the upcoming season.
San Diego Comic-Con witnessed one of the best previews of Invincible Season 3 as we got to see the new blue and black suit.
But in terms of official announcements, Invincible Season 4 is officially confirmed, and we will witness more blood and more violence.
In the comics, Mark Grayson, aka Invincible, adopts a darker, more violent persona and a fan-favorite new costume. The “Invincible” series concluded its two-part second season in April, with the first half premiering last November.
Already renewed for Season 3, creator Robert Kirkman has assured fans that production on Season 3 occurred alongside Season 2, promising a shorter wait between the upcoming seasons.
“Everyone loves split seasons!” Kirkman ironically said. “Thankfully, we worked on Season 2 and Season 3 concurrently. I guess, unfortunately, we’re too far along on Season 3 to learn anything from Season 2, but I think we’re picking up some things on how best to adapt this show. We’re learning different things on the animation side that work and don’t work that will continue to improve the show.”
“I’m very happy with the show. I am loving how it’s turning out. I feel very strongly that Season 2 is better than Season 1, and Season 3 will be better than Season 2. If we’re fortunate enough to continue, I hope that we’ll be able to continue improving the show until the final season is just a perfect product that has no flaws in it whatsoever.”
With this confirmation, fans are quite excited about the upcoming seasons as the storyline is brewing. Though if you are an avid comic reader, you can already start making theories, it is quite expected that the makers will give you some surprises.
