Prime Video’s much-appreciated series ‘Bosch: Legacy’ Season 2 has finally arrived on the platform. The first four episodes of the show began streaming on Prime Video’s free streaming app, Freevee, this morning in the US, and on Prime Video in the rest of the world. For those who don’t know, Freevee is the free streaming app of Prime Video in the US, much like Amazon Mini TV is in India.
Bosch: Legacy is a spinoff series of police procedural drama ‘Bosch’. Bosch ended with Season 7, after which Prime Video commissioned its spinoff ‘Bosch: Legacy’, set in the same universe. ‘Bosch: Legacy’ premiered last year and has been as much a success as its parent series, ‘Bosch’. The series sees Titus Welliver reprise his role of former LAPD detective, Harry Bosch. Mimi Rogers and Madison Lintz also reprise their roles of defense attorney Honey Chandler and Harry’s daughter Madeline Bosch, respectively, in Bosch: Legacy.
The crime drama and police procedural series is based on Michael Connelly’s popular crime-busting novels, and follows Harry Bosch as he cracks complex crime cases of murders. Bosch: Legacy Season 2 is based on Michael Connelly’s ‘The Crossing’, which is Book 18 in his Harry Bosch series of novels.
Bosch: Legacy Season 2 has premiered with four episodes as of now. The remaining six episodes will premiere two at a time on Prime Video every Friday, with the final two slated for 10th November, 2023.
