After teasing one and all with an intriguing line and poster, here comes the title announcement of Anushka Sharma’s new production. It is called Paatal Lok, the hint of which was given earlier.
One is still not sure what the original series might look like and also the content, but the title and associated video are exciting as hell for sure. It raises expectation from the first digitally arriving production of Anushka Sharma.
Paatal Lok stars Neeraj Kabi, Gul Panag, Jaideep Ahlawat in the lead roles. Jagjeet Sandhu, Abhishek Benerjee, and Swastika Mukherjee play other crucial parts. Hardik Mehta is the creator, writer and director for the series. He has in the recent past directed Kamyaab which got superb critical acclaim.
Anushka Sharma is known for picking interesting content for her productions. The movies she produced are prime examples. They are for formulaic and far away from beaten to death format. If Anushka Sharma can replicate the same originality with the web series, the audience could be in for a memorable, thrilling ride.
