And how he’s shooting both series entirely in the UAE, where the Coronavirus pandemic is all but over. We had also informed you about the massive ensemble cast of both series.
R Madhavan, Vijay Raaz, Ronit Roy, Tanuj Virwani, Aashim Gulati, Sana Saeed, Ahsaas Channa, Dibyendu Bhattacharya, Sajjad Dela Frooz, Manuj Sharma, Ameesha Patel, Prateik Babbar and Elli Avram play pivotal roles in 7th Sense. It is a murder mystery, directed by Karan Darra and written by Gibran Noorani.
‘Line of Fire’ is directed by Shayak Roy and this series includes Vijay Raaz, Jimmy Shergill, Prakash Raj, Tannishtha Chatterjee, Manu Rishi, Tanvi Azmi, Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub and other actors in its cast. Line Of Fire is a fast-paced action thriller, comprising of two seasons. Both seasons of Line Of Fire will be shot together, along with both seasons of 7th Sense.
Now we have more information on the premise of R Madhavan’s murder mystery, 7th Sense. As per reports in the media, Madhavan plays a blind police officer in 7th Sense, who must investigate the murder of a film director that happens in the projector room of the theatre while the film’s premiere is going on. The beauty of the murder investigation is that he must catch the killer who is still in the theatre, and must do so before the film’s screening is over, and without anyone getting a whiff of the investigation, least of all, the film industry hotshots present at the film’s premiere.
While Madhavan plays the police officer, Ahsaas Channa plays his assistant. Tanuj Virwani plays an arrogant addicted-to-drugs film star, Aashim Gulati plays a struggling actor, Sana Saeed plays an aspiring actress who’s reduced to the status of an item girl, Rohit Roy plays a veteran politician, while Dibyendu Bhattacharya plays the director’s driver. All of them have motive to kill the director, played by Vijay Raaz.
7th Sense certainly has an intriguing narrative, and should turn out to be a must watch. Which is quite obvious, given that Gaurang Doshi is the creator of hit Amitabh Bachchan suspense thriller, Aankhein and war drama, Deewar.
