RRR Inside Report: 1 Negative, Many Positives

Rajamouli, Jr NTR, and Ram Charan’s RRR is the most anticipated film in Indian cinema now. The stakes are so very high on the periodic action drama that it is releasing in over 999 multiplexes in the USA alone, which is an unprecedented feat for any Indian film. Now, here is an exclusive inside report of RRR, which gives a brief glimpse into the scale and magnitude of the project.

The first of the many positive things we heard about the film is the action-packed interval block. This 16-minute interval block will be on a whole new level altogether. This action block is set on the two central characters Alluri Seetharama Raju and Komaram Bheem, played by Ram Charan and Jr NTR respectively. What is interesting is that Bheem and Ramaraju will be taking on each other in this action block. This fight was apparently conceived on an exquisite level and it will be fueled by great drama.

Then come the introduction blocks. Jr NTR’s entry will be with the much hyped tiger fight sequence. Ram Charan‘s entry will be with a heavy duty action block. He will be seen in police avatar. Rajamouli has etched out grade-A introduction scenes for the two heroes and their fans are in for a mega treat. Also, there will be a shocking turn of events in the climax portion. The nature of this twist is yet to be revealed, but we could understand that it will most certainly take the viewers through an emotional rollercoaster ride.

The one negative could be the lengthy run-time. With a run-time of 186 minutes, RRR will be facing the challenge of sustaining the attention of the audience for a span of over 3 hours which is not an easy task by any stretch of the imagination. Despite all the adrenaline-pumping action locks and intense drama, it is not going to be easy to hold the attention of the viewers for 186 long minutes.

From what we heard, RRR has all that it takes to make for a winning box office blockbuster. If the audience don’t find a fault with the run-time, the film can indeed be termed “India’s biggest action drama”.
