Gopinath Reddy’s Sammathame is out now in the theatres. Apart from his helming duties, the director also worked on the film’s story, screenplay, and dialogues. This one has Kiran Abbavaram and Chandini Chowdary as its leading duo. As for its OTT release, the makers have not yet revealed its streaming release date. Although, we do know about its OTT platform.
Sammathame will arrive on the Aha streaming service a few weeks after completing its theatrical run. It all depends upon the theatrical performance of the film.
Kiran Abbavaram made his Telugu cinema debut alongside Rahasya Gorak with Raja Vaaru Rani Gaaru (2019). The actor has also starred in SR Kalyanamandapam (2021) and this year’s Sebastian P.C. 524, known for penning down the script of the former project. His upcoming movies are Nenu Meeku Baga Kavalsinavadini and Vinaro Bhagyamu Vishnu Katha.
On the other hand, Chandini Chowdary is prominent for her work as the leading lady in flicks like Howrah Bridge, Kundanapu Bomma, Colour Photo, and many more. Her performance in Colour Photo is considered her career-best work.
Kiran has made a name for himself in the Telugu cinema for giving outstanding performances in his movies. And he has also done a wonderful job in Sammathame. His latest film tells the story of a man who wants to get married at a young age. He believes that a house is empty without a lady. After losing his mother in his childhood, he decides to find the girl of his dreams and marry her when the time comes. Soon, he falls in love with Chowdary’s character. Slowly, he realises that maintaining a relationship is not a piece of cake. Plus, he starts having doubts about his partner, whether she is the right person for him or not.
Kiran Abbavaram’s Sammathame will arrive on the Aha streaming platform. The official announcement will be made soon by the makers. Stay tuned for more updates.
