Hindi remake of the successful Telugu film ‘HIT’ has now brought ‘Dangal’ fame Sanya Malhotra on board. The Hindi remake stars Rajkumar Rao in the lead and will be helmed by Sailesh Kolanu, who made his directorial debut with its Telugu version.
‘HIT: The First Case’ is a mystery action-thriller film that follows Vikram, a police officer who while struggling with his haunting past needs to investigate the case of a missing girl. But that’s not it, the case gets complicated when one of his closed one gets dangerously involved in it.
The Hindi remake of the film is in pre-production stage as of now and is supposed to go on floors soon. Bhushan Kumar, Dil Raju, Krishan Kumar and Kuldeep Rathore will serve as producers for the film.

The production companies behind this latest Hindi remake are T-Series, Dil Raju Productions and Sri Venkateswara Creations.
The original Telugu version, jointly produced by Nani and Prashanti Tipirneni is set to get a sequel titled ‘HIT: The Second Case’ as announced by Nani himself in March this year. Sailesh Kolanu will write and direct HIT 2 that stars Adivi Sesh in the lead. He will play the role of investigating officer Krishna Dev aka KD.
