Actor Sarah Snook has been roped in to play the lead role in a Peacock drama. This is a great run for the Emmy and Golden Glove winning actor as with the end of the much popular show ‘Succession’, she gets another ambitious series. It will be a thriller series and will probably come out next year. It has been titled ‘All Her Fault’.
The show will tell the story of a single mother named Marissa who leaves her son for a playdate and when she comes to pick him up he is not there. The Woman who answers the door is not the mother of the boy who invited Marissa’s son. She is not a Nanny either. And there is no sign of her son Milo anywhere near the house. She now has to cope with the fact that her son is missing and carry on an investigation on her own. The premise looks good for a thriller show. Sarah Snook has impressed critics and audiences time and again with her performances in ‘The Dressmaker’ or ‘Predestination’. But she is most popularly known for the role of Shiv Roy in ‘Succession’. There is no doubt she will do justice to the show.
Megan Gallagher will be serving as the writer, creator and executive producer of the show. Her previous credits are ‘Succession’ and ‘Wolf’. All Her Fault is being adapted from the novel of the same name by Andrea Mara. Minkie Spiro of ‘3 Body Problem’ will direct the first episode.
