The trailer for Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu’s Sarkaru Vaari Paata is finally here! Fans of the good-looking actor will be glad to know that the trailer showcases Mahesh Babu in all his hunky glory, doing the things his fans love best – action, comedy and romance. Sarkaru Vaari Paata releases in theatres on May 12.
The Sarkaru Vaari Paata trailer begins in trademark Mahesh Babu style – delivering punchy dialogues, bashing goons and impressing the leading lady, Keerthy Suresh, with his charm. Mahesh Babu plays a bank officer who’s deployed by the government to put an end to the criminal activities of a corrupt gang. “You can steal my love…..you can steal my friendship…..you cannot steal my money”, he says, as he flips a coin into the air.
The currency coin has a special place in the life of Mahesh Babu’s character. He even has a tattoo of a coin on the side of his neck, just below his ear. Incidentally, his character is also called Mahesh in Sarkaru Vaari Paata.
The Sarkaru Vaari Paata Trailer shows off stunning action sequences and stunts – all pictured on Mahesh Babu. The stylised action pieces are a treat to watch. Alas, they are too few and far between. A huge chunk of the trailer is taken up by the romantic interludes between Mahesh Babu and Keerthy Suresh’s characters. Honestly, those are a drag to watch. We would have loved the trailer to be all action and less romance.

The film stars Mahesh Babu, Keerthy Suresh, Samuthirakani, Vennela Kishore and Subbaraju in pivotal roles. Thaman has given the music for Sarkaru Vaari Paata.
