The first season of the series premiered on the 4th of June in 2021 and was accepted by many audiences with love. ‘Dom’ tells the story of Victor, a police officer who has dedicated his entire life and career fighting drugs and busting rackets. But to his misfortune, his own son gets addicted to cocaine and not only that, through his drug networks he soon becomes a gangster and a dangerous criminal in Rio De Janeiro. The apparent lines of right and wrong between Victor and the son Pedro are often blurred in many instances where they confront each other. The mental dilemma of Victor is showcased beautifully in the show.
The episodes of the first season were directed by Breno silveira and Vicente Kubrusly and had the cast of actors like Gabriel Leone, Flavio Tolezani, Mariana Cerrone, Filipe Bragança and Laila Garin. Most actors reprise their roles in the second season and the story will be taken further. In the second season, Dom tries to escape from police custody and makes schemes that can prove fatal.
