Sector 36 Another Win for Netflix in Reality Based Thriller

Netflix India is all about controversies these days. IC-814, Maharaja, Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar and more. You name it and there is a high chance that it is already controversial.

Perhaps that’s the reason the platform kept Sector 36 very lowkey in terms of promotion and reach. They did not really promote it much even though they knew that it had a lot of potential.

But, the movie is now available to stream. Sector 36, starring Deepak Dobriyal and Vikrant Massey in lead roles, is now streaming. It is a dark and disturbing tale that scares you to the core of yourself.

Interestingly, there was no controversy before the release but who knows, they are not far behind when it is a Netflix India title.

So far, people are appreciating the bold attempt of the makers as well as the performance of the two leads, who nailed their part and even brought a lot of eerie or, let’s say, unsettling elements into the whole narrative.

So, it looks like another win for the platform. It is only a matter of time, and we will see if these appreciations are just from the critics or did the audience also embrace the film.
