This valentine’s day a new pair will set screens across the country on fire as Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon’s long talked about romantic film gets a title and a release date.
Shahid and Kriti’s “Impossible love story” is titled “Teri Baaton Mein Aise Uljha Diya”, the name is inspired by singer Raghav’s song of the same name. As per the synopsis of the film that has surfaced online, and the poster, where Shahid and Kriti are in an embrace, and the “O” of the word “Baaton” replaced with a robot’s head, It can be inferred that the story is going to be romantic comedy set in a futuristic world. The film also stars veteran actors Dharmendra and Dimple Kapadia in supporting roles. Amit Joshi and Aradhana Sah, who have previously worked on films like Trapped, Babli Bouncer and Mumbaikar has co-written and co-directed the film. Maddock Films chief Dinesh Vijan and “Mimi” director Lakshman Utekar has co-produced the film along with Jyoti Deshpande. While more details about the cast and crew of the film are still awaited, we expect the team to drop a first look teaser or a motion poster very soon.
This film marks the pairing of Shahid Kapoor who’s last film, “Bloody Daddy” became a smash hit on the streaming platform Jio Cinema and Kriti Sanon who was last seen opposite Tiger Shroff in “Ganpath” opposite each other for the very first time.
“Teri Baaton Mein Aise Uljha Diya” will release ahead of Valentine’s day on February 9th.
