Sharp Documentary on Men’s Rights Now Streaming on JioCinema!

The trembles of feminism started way back in the 12th and 14th century in the poetries of Amir Khusro and Christine de Pizan. Those writers talked about equal opportunity for both genders. However, the last century began with giving rights to women. What was once only limited to equality started giving women preferences. For instance, if a couple decides to divorce then the man and only man has to pay the alumni, even if the woman earns more than her husband.

The laws are biased and it clearly discriminates against men. Due to the same reason, we see a lot of men committing suicide. To curb this injustice, men’s right activists Deepika Narayan Bhardwaj, Arnaz Hathiram etc regularly bring us cases of injustice against men. But the laws generally don’t entertain such requests. Such discourses are not a part of the vogue so they are generally ignored or let’s say, kept away from the masses.

But, efforts are there nonetheless. Deepika Narayan Bhardwaj, a renowned Men’s Rights Activist has made a few films like Martyrs of Marriage etc to bring such issues to limelight. Her 2022 film India’s Sons also deals with men facing mental, physical, financial harassment alongwith extremes such as suicide after getting slapped with false charges from women.

JioCinema is again on its expansion spree. The platform has grabbed the documentary for free streaming and interested folks can watch this unique movie called India’s Sons.
