Shaunak Sen’s ‘All That Breathes’ Now Streaming On This OTT Platform

Shaunak Sen’s documentary film ‘All That Breathes’ has won several accolades across the globe. Besides getting nominated at the Academy Awards for the ‘Best Documentary Feature Film’ category, ‘All That Breathes’ first made India proud after its world premiere at Sundance Film Festival in January 2022 where it bagged the Grand Jury prize. A few months later in May, it won another honour at the esteemed Cannes film festival where the film won the Golden Eye Award.

Not just that, after its HBO Max premiere in the US, ‘All That Breathes’ had also registered a highly impressive critics score of 99% and is ‘Certified Fresh’ on reviews aggregation portal Rotten Tomatoes (RT). For an Indian film or series, it’s an almost unheard-of RT score.

Earlier this year in March, ‘All That Breathes’ finally started streaming on an Indian OTT platform. It was made available in India on the Disney+ Hotstar streaming service; However, later, the heartrending Indian documentary was pulled off from the OTT platform.

And now, in an exciting update, we are glad to inform our readers that Shaunak Sen’s ‘All That Breathes’ has now started streaming on the Jio Cinema OTT platform. But, as of now, the title can only be streamed by the subscribers of Jio Cinema.

Set against the backdrop of Delhi, the documentary film ‘All That Breathes’ revolves around two brothers namely Saud and Nadeem whose childhood entailed watching the birds of prey, also known as the black kite, in the sky. Shaunak Sen’s film narrates how the two brothers have dedicated their lives to protect these birds which are now falling from the polluted skies.
