There will soon be a spin-off series for The Boys. The first reaser trailer of the series was released few months back and fans have been excited ever since. The series is named Gen V and the dark comedy superhero show will have actors like Jaz Sinclair, Chance Perdomo, Lizze Broadway, Maddie Phillips, London Thor, Derek Luh, Asa Germann and Shelley Conn.
The Boys actor Jenson Ackles, who plays Soldier Boy has confirmed that he will be reprising his role in the spin-off as well. Most probably he will have a cameo appearance. Jenson Ackles’ Soldier Boy is somehow similar to Captain America but way darker and more rude. But what else? Are there any more surprises?
Well good news! Ackles has confirmed that the show will have more cameos except for him.
The series will tell the story of young superheroes famously called supes who will be tested and trained in Godolkun University of Crimefighting. The university is run by Vought International and it is the only one in America that trains and challenges young minds for the future of fighting against crime. This will extend the world of The Boys further and will add more detail to it.
Jaz Sinclair who stars as Marie had a brief role in the third season will have a bigger role and more screen presence in Gen V, this is confirmed by Kripke, the Showrunner. From the teaser of the show you can see that Jessie T. Usher will be playing the role of A Train, a speedster, and actors like Adam Bourke and Colby Minifie too will return for their respective roles.
It will be a real spectacle if Homelander, the fan favourite and Billy Butcher show up too in the series.
