Some users complained that they didn’t sign up for WhatsApp notifications, and shockingly, they are receiving notifications even after their plan has expired. SonyLIV is bombarding them with messages, which is definitely an invasion of privacy.
WhatsApp is a private space for everyone, and if SonyLIV breaches that, fans will definitely lose respect for the platform. And it’s not like SonyLIV has much respect to begin with; the OTT giants are literally harming their own reputation.
