It might be a statement out of rage, but SonyLIV should definitely hang up their boots when it comes to streaming football. They are not only fumbling with the streams but also losing the patience of their audience.
A couple of days ago, we wrote an article about SonyLIV’s recent streaming failures. As we predicted, SonyLIV hasn’t done anything to fix the issue.
Previously, during the FA Cup and several friendlies, fans faced streaming issues, which don’t typically happen during other sports like tennis on SonyLIV. This repeated failure by the Indian OTT giant is breaking the hearts of fans.
Even when fans question SonyLIV on Twitter, the replies are extremely generic. Although the platform stated they would contact users, there is no update on any fixes. Moreover, the issue is not isolated but is observed by the majority of users.
While SonyLIV isn’t making fans suffer alone, they did introduce fun features like Star Cam and new camera angles, but it wasn’t enough to compensate for the bad viewing experience.
