SonyLIV is upsetting the audience. This time not because of any glitch but for the downright unavailability of a TV show. We are talking about Shrimad Ramayana.
What does normally happen? There is a TV serial and that TV channel has an OTT platform attached to it. For instance, Star Plus has Disney+Hotstar, Zee TV has Zee5 and Sony TV has SonyLIV.
As Anupama streams on Disney+Hotstar, all the Sony TV shows must be streaming on SonyLIV, right?
Well, sadly that isn’t the case. The show is not streaming on SonyLIV. Well, it is an important dharmik show that attracts a lot of people since their values are attached to it.
But, the show is not even streaming on SonyLIV. It is extremely bad as people really assume that the TV shows would stream on their respective OTT platforms. But, it is not only strange but also bad that the show is not streaming.
SonyLIV is receiving multiple complaints about the lack of the show but it looks like they are not ready to take any action on it. They are simply asking the complainants to DM the problem.
Well, it is high time SonyLIV explains the delay and also works on adding the show. Let’s see how long it takes.

Please upload the episodes of #ShrimadRamayan on @SonyLIV as soon as possible. U need to put on ott platforms. It's not fair, we want to watch this show. Ott provides the flexibility of time as per convenience. We don't get time to watch at the exact time. @RealSwastik @SonyTV

I am a user of Jio fiber, and I rely on Jio fiber set up box for watching live channels.

@SonyLIV why all of sudden you have removed live telecast of Sony on your OTT platform. It’s a cheating with your existing customers who have already paid for full year subscription. Kindly explain.
